These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the VENDO platform ("Platform"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to all terms in this Agreement. Your rights are protected under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Scope of Service and Modifications
VENDO is a marketplace platform bringing buyers and sellers together. VENDO reserves the right to modify its services, interface, or terms of use, providing reasonable advance notice. Significant changes will be notified to you via email.
3. User Registration and Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
- You are entirely responsible for the security of your account. Sharing your password with third parties is prohibited.
4. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Compliant)
Your personal data is processed in strict compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection legislation:
- Data Minimization: Only data necessary to provide the service is collected.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

- Attempting to damage the technical infrastructure of the Platform (e.g., malware, data mining).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All design, text, graphics, and software on the Platform are the property of VENDO. Copyright for content uploaded by users (e.g., ad photos) belongs to the user, but VENDO has a license to use this content to promote the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
VENDO is solely an intermediary platform. VENDO cannot be held responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers, the quality, delivery, or legality of products. In case of any dispute, parties are obliged to resolve it among themselves.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
In any dispute arising from this agreement, the laws of the country where the platform's headquarters is located will apply, and Consumer Arbitration Committees or courts will be authorized.
